OUR RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Oakwood Products USA will refund your purchase price  with the following conditions.  You must return the product to us within 30 days of original purchase, with return shipping costs born by the purchaser.  Upon receipt of the product, we will examine the product to ensure it is exactly in the same condition (less a reasonable amount used) as when first purchased, i.e. it has not been altered in any way.  Your credit card will be then credited with the original purchase price plus original shipping costs.
